We deliver to locations across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket. While we strive to reach every corner of the country, certain remote areas may not be serviceable. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and explore alternative solutions, if possible.

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

After processing, orders are dispatched for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and can range from 3 to 7 business days. Delivery timelines are approximate and may be subject to delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout. For certain orders, free shipping may be offered as part of a promotion or based on a minimum order value. These terms will be communicated on our platform.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on our courier partner's website. If you face any issues with tracking, please reach out to our support team at info@aniketgolhar.in.

In case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional charges may apply for such cases.

We take utmost care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics may cause delays. DMPL is not liable for delays caused by such external factors. We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.
